Meet the Calloways

Pastor Brent and Michelle have had the privilege of pastoring at New Bethel Church since August 2017. They have been blessed with three children: Grace, Luke, and Micah.

Brent was born and raised in Scottsburg and graduated from Johnson Bible College in 2006. Pastor Brent desires to shepherd the flock of New Bethel in a way that glorifies Christ in humility, truth, and love. Brent’s heart for the church is to edify, equip, and disciple the flock to help them to grow into maturity in Christ. Brent seeks to combine the preaching and teaching of the Word of God, along with the power of the Holy Spirit through supernatural manifestations in a balanced and authentic manner. Pastor Brent is also the chaplain at the Scott County jail and desires to see men in the jail liberated and set free in Christ.

Brent’s greatest privileges in life are to be an ambassador for Christ, a husband to his loving wife, Michelle, and father to his three children. Along with pastoring, pastor Brent enjoys: hunting, fishing, carpentry, reading, and spending time with his family. Michelle is a homeschooling mother and registered nurse that enjoys spending time with her family.
